Seriously Honored and Thrilled
I knew I had at least one photo in the new program but, seriously! Seriously - blows my mind. If you've been here before you know I love to share the Manilow joy. I would, however, love, as a little "thank-you" to have an autograph on this photo. (Stiletto could have sent those who's photos were used a free program.)

A number of months back the Manilow people - Stiletto - put out a notice that fans could forward concert photos and they would be using some the next program . The new Manilow Program was released for presale earlier this week. Still unknown was whether any of mine had been chosen. Although I'm not sure which or how many - at least one of mine was chosen. This is such a thrill for me. My understanding is that one of my photos Barry himself requested after seeing it on the Manilow UK site.
Its a nice picture but I'm not sure I'd have chosen it. Barry must have liked something about it though and I'm thrilled.

Manilow UK

I'm very happy to say that the photo on the cover page of Manilow UK of Barry in the red jacket was taken by me in Chicago this July.

My Backyard
It actually felt weird to leave my house instead of a hotel room to see a show. And it felt great.
But then there's the hometown pressure. I know Barry always puts on an amazing show which is exactly what I tell every one. So when co-workers and friends are going to the show yhou want Barry to be extra special so you can hear "you were right". And that's exactly what happened.
